Rachel Hosea - Founder/Co-Owner - Instructor
Hometown: Rachel is a native of Sugar Land, TX. She grew up in First Colony and trained for dance with Fort Bend Academy of Dance and TCU.
Background: A Bachelors degree in Classical Ballet from TCU and certifications from The MindBody Institute for both mat and equipment Pilates provide a perfect background for Reformed Body Studio.
Goals: She immediately fell in love with this style of workout. It was challenging, fun, and most of all body-changing. After teaching barre classes for 2 years in Fort Worth Rachel knew she had found her path.
Sarah Hosea - Co-Owner - Barre Instructor
Hometown: Sarah is a native of Sugar Land, TX. She grew up in First Colony and trained for dance with Fort Bend Academy of Dance.
Background: A love for teaching and a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M University combined with more than ten years of dance make Sarah an ideal instructor.
Goals: Sarah enjoys sharing her this revolutionary style of fitness with her hometown community.
Chelsea Wagner - Sr. Barre Instructor
Hometown: Originally from San Diego, Chelsea joins Reformed Body as a barre instructor.
Background: After moving to Sugar Land in 2010 she was disappointed to find that there were no local barre studios. She desperately missed attending class and feeling the community support and challenge from her teachers.
Goals: Chelsea brings her extensive knowledge and passion to the studio and is excited to share this effective technique with her new community.

Reformed Barre is a high-energy class that is perfect for all fitness levels. This class combines elements of ballet, yoga, & Pilates in one invigorating workout.
Using small isometric movements it is the ideal class to help lift and tone all areas of the body with specific focus on the thighs, glutes, arms, and abdominals.
Set to upbeat music with encouraging instructors, this class is sure to keep you coming back for more!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get started? You can sign up for all group classes through our online scheduler or by calling the studio. We recommend signing up for all classes in advance to assure that we have room in the class. Please arrive to your first class 10 minutes in advance to allow time to fill out a new client waiver. For information on scheduling private sessions, please call the studio.
What class should I start with if I am a beginner or haven't worked out in a long time? All instructors will offer modifications in every group class so choose whatever class best fits your schedule. Our classes are designed with all fitness levels in mind so anyone can participate. Talk with your instructor before class about any specific injuries or concerns.
What do I need to bring? Fitness pants or capris, a semi-fitted top, and socks are the preferred attire for class. Small storage areas are provided inside of each studio for personal belongings, but please remember to place all electronic devices on silent during class. You may bring your own bottled water or we will have water bottles for purchase at the studio.

Why wear socks? Socks are worn for sanitary purposes as well as to add grip on the mats and Pilates equipment. Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Are children allowed to wait in the lobby? Unfortunately our studio is not equipped to accommodate children in the lobby. For the safety of the kids and comfort of all clients we are not able to allow kids to wait in the lobby.
What if I am running late? If you are running a few minutes behind, please call the studio so we can reserve your spot in class. However, for safety purposes no one will be admitted into class more than 15 minutes late.
If I am pregnant, can I attend classes? Yes! However, it is important to consult with your doctor before starting any workout program. It is also recommended that you start our classes as early in your pregnancy as possible.
Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the best workout and experience for everyone.
Please arrive on time. Your mat may be released to walk in clients after five minutes. No late entry after ten minutes.
Socks are required for all classes.
Refrain from talking in class to avoid distracting others.
Silence all cell phones and store them with your personal belongings.
We love children; However, our studio isn't equipped for child care. Children are not permitted.
No eating or chewing gum during class time.
Respect others by remaining in class until the end. Let your instructor know before class if you plan to leave early.
Sign up online to secure your mat in class.
Cancel your class at least six hours prior to the class time to free space for others.
